“On a hot and muggy Saturday, I paid a visit to Kosuke Ramen - Honten in North Strathfield. Arrived around 2pm so no queue for a table. Ordered a Tori Tsukemen. The chicken dipping sauce was outstanding. Great chicken flavours that coat each noodle as it was dipped. Extra pork pie”
